I have most recently been living in Brasil for 2 years doing service work and teaching families, and am currently looking to tutor in the Gresham/Portland area. As an Outdoor School Counselor, Cub Scout Counselor, and oldest of 4 siblings I have learned how to work well with young people of all kind. I am and Eagle Scout. My strongest subject is the English Language, where I have won several writing competitions inculding a University wide competition in literary analysis. I have a passion for reading and understanding text as well as helping others to become equally excited to read both classic and modern works of liturature. I became fluent in Portuguese during the last 2 years and would also love to share this beautiful language with the United States. As a Business Admin student, I have a good understanding of Economics, basic Accounting, and Organization. As a International Baccalaureate Student I passed on all the tests with my emphasis in Biology and I have a solid foundation in biology principles.
